Learning Goal: I’m working on a writing case study and need an explanation and answer to help me learn.Your case review will be a minimum of two full typed pages in length, typed in twelve point type, and double spaced.The case DeMauro v. Tusculum College, Inc. 603 S.W.2d 115 (Tenn. 1980) can be found by typing in the citation (603 S.W.2d 115) into LexisNexis through the Post University Library.The format for the review (starting at the top of page one, not double-spaced) will be:Line 1 = Students nameLine 2 = Date the assignment is dueLine 3 = Citation of the caseYou will then skip two lines and start writing your case review.You will divide your case review into sections. The sections will include the following:Section 1 = Summarize the case in your own words. Be specific and include the who, what, when, why, and where of the case.Section 2 = Give your opinion of the case and discuss the cases’ impact on sport managers.Section 3 = Relate the case to another similar case we’ve discussed in class, that has been in the news, or that you’ve read about/researched elsewhere (including your textbook).Section 4 = Explain how, if you had been the sport manager in charge, you would have handled the case situation (remember to support your opinion with fact).
