Your task is to present an argument for why a conflict did or did not occur (depending on the case study you receive), and then defend that argument by using relevant concepts to explore the evidence available to you in the case study. The most important part of this assignment is to demonstrate that you can apply concepts from the class to outside material. Refer back to your readings, your terms lists, and the lecture videos as much as you need to ensure that you can appropriately describe the concepts and apply them to your case.
