Learning Goal: I’m working on a marketing writing question and need an explanation and answer to help me learn.In today’s “Experience Economy” an important component of customer service is the ability tospeak confidently to individuals and groups. Oral presentation skills will serve you well as aprofessional in any career you pursue.Additionally, “problem solving” skills and your ability to work as part of a team will enhance theservice you provide to your customers.Working in groups of minimum four (4) or maximum five (5), each team will go to, report andpresent on a positive or negative customer service experience that occurred with a franchisedbusiness or corporate store. You can also choose to do an online customer service experienceso long that it provides you with enough information to meet the requirements of this project.Whichever you choose, you must actively ask for help from the employees that work there.Your proposal must include a background on the company with a focus on their processes andreputation for providing customer service. Identify the characteristics of their typical customerssupported by your research. What are your expectations for your upcoming visit?
