Audience: Who are the audiences?Who are stakeholders in the situation that has created the need for the rhetoric? What motivates or prevents them from taking action? Constraints: What are the constraintson what can be known, said, acted upon? (for example: cultural expectations, institutional rules, traditions, historical contexts, etc. ) Briefly evaluate and analyze the rhetorical situation and the way it was presented in this speech. Paper should be double spaced. Include references in-text and at the end (any style is okay –APA, Chicago, etc– as long as you are consistent.
