Based on what you have read about sexuality and gender socialization in the book or elsewhere, and what you have watched on the video, discuss: (a) Whether transgenderism is the product of nature or nurture. Explain with examples from the video, and references from your readings, how it is biological or social in nature. You need to provide an argument why it is biological and or social in nature, not just merely sit on the fence and claim it is both. If it is both, explain why and, (b) why does it matter whether it is nature or nurture? Does it really make any difference to transgender people or to society? (c) how would you, as a parent, raise your own child (hypothetical), or, if your sibling comes out to be transgender?
